Employees there were so awesome. The first night I came with One in the morning and didn’t have a reservation for that day. She found me a room on the bottom floor, cause I can’t walk step she let me know everything to do in the morning and the next day And then the next day I came in with a different set of employees I came in at five, my room was for the second floor. I didn’t know it took them a minute, but they rearranged and got me a room ground floor. Being a senior citizen, I can’t believe how good they were and so friendly and made sure that I was OK. I will go back when I visit down there again and probably stay longer.

From check-in to checkout, her customer service was exceptional — efficient, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Katherine consistently demonstrated composure, attention to detail, and a clear commitment to guest satisfaction. She resolved questions promptly, offered excellent local insights, and set a welcoming tone that reflected extremely well on the brand. Employees like her elevate the entire guest experience and strengthen customer loyalty. I manage operations in hospitality myself, and it’s rare to encounter staff who combine efficiency with authentic warmth the way Katherine does. She’s a clear asset to this property and fully deserving of recognition and advancement within the company.

My husband and I were looking for a quick hotel to crash at on Friday night, 10/31. We booked at the Red Roof Inn at around midnight, and this sweet lady named Katherine helped us and even talked to us until check-in time. She was so funny and sweet. I would definitely come back just for her! She was very welcoming and kind the whole way through. The remaining staff were equally kind and friendly. The A/C worked perfectly, and the TVs were modern. The rooms were fairly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. The bathroom was acceptable, though it had a leaky sink and tub. Overall, it was a good stay with a nice location and a reasonable price.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Hot and cold breakfast. Pool and fitness area clean and everything works. Location is on a very busy street across from the base, but if you leave from the back, it's not bad. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very pleased with our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a week stay. I arrived to town early due to my sister having her newborn earlier than expected. The front desk staff Trina was able to accommodate my early arrival and for that I am so thankful for. Customer service goes a long way! My family loved every bit of the stay. Breakfast was also very good. All the staff there are very nice and friendly. Clean hotel! Highly recommend and I definitely will be staying here again for any future visits to NC.

I’m usually a 4–5 star hotel person, and this place truly exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was spotless with updated surfaces, the staff was friendly and professional, and the A/C worked perfectly and stayed consistent all night. The fitness center’s treadmill was in great condition, the lobby coffee was surprisingly good, and the breakfast was better than what many higher-end hotels offer for free. If you’re looking for a great value stay — this is the place!

My room was excellent. Was clean and very spacious. I rented a suite with a whirlpool tub.

This was the nicest RR Inn we have ever stayed in. Very neat, extremely clean and well maintained. Appreciated the nice indoor pool.
